About Our Objectives

The National Association of Vacation Rental Properties is an unbiased association created to set and uphold high standards for the vacation rental industry in an honest and professional business manner.

It has been established to ensure that cooperation between the vacation rental property manager/owner and the tourist are completely fulfilled in description, accommodations, amenities, quality of service, payment and all understandings.

We are an association that has created an ethical high standard for the marketplace of vacation rental properties,
where owners and tourist can trust each others values.

We want to encourage professional business relationships between the consumers and businesses
with an unbiased source to guide them in a professional manner.

We want to provide the public with confidence in the integrity service of an association that provides high standards with the comprehensive awareness to the entire vacation rental community.  This educates the consumers to have the knowledge of vacation rental properties and what to expect when they arrive to the property.

We will be providing inspections of each property that has joined our company to ensure that each vacation rental has everything stated on its webiste and that all obligations have been fulfilled.

We will also be adding these homes to our website to ensure that they are members.
All members will have their accreditation and a synopsis of their vacation rental property.

The National Association of Vacation Rental Properties will be donating a portion of its proceeds to the
Florida Department of Education.
This will benenfit our childrens future and help with the State Budget as well.
We encourage all who wish to help in the vacation rental industry to join and also help our childrens future.

Our Trustworthy Policy

A Trustworthy Policy has been created for the professionalism of the vacation rental property community.

    • Start With Trust

Establish a trustworthy relationship on behalf of your business and clients in the vacation rental community.  Trust is the beginning of any relationship and we expect all members to abide by this.

  • Advertise Your Property Honestly

Advertise your vacation rental property in a truthful and honest way.  Adhere to the standards and showcase your property as it is.  You may not claim that you received any awards, certificates or accreditations, without the proper proof.

  • Property Description

Reveal all conditions known about the property with no misrepresentations prior to any final decisions made by either party.  Make all property descriptions noticeable upfront to your guests so there will be no misrepresentations.

  • Be Loyal

Ensure that communication is clear and disclose all policies, rules and procedures that bear on the decision of the tourist to rent the vacation rental property.

  • Honor Your Promises

You must abide by any written or verbal agreements made by you in all aspects according to the Standards.  Any promises made by you should be kept by you.

  • Be Reactive

Resolve any disputes and issues as professionally, respectfully and efficiently in a timely manner.
